Meditation apps

Since the day I started to use #Medito, I wanted to write a review. Medito is more than a meditation app. With a timer, relaxing ambient sounds, and lots of audios for meditation and sleeping; I better say Medito is a lifestyle app. And the best part is, it is free so far. Before I came across Medito, I have used the free version of three other apps: headspace, ten percent, and waking up. If you are not a frequent user, these three are good enough. But for frequent users, the free audios, interviews, clips that come with these apps will exhaust soon. The ‘creme de la creme’ of Medito is the ’30 day challenge’. If you have been in meditation practice on and off, you will definitely make better progress with this challenge. The emergency clips work great. If you learn to practice, those 6/7 minutes clips can be really effective to control panic, fear, anger, stress, etc. The developers are continuously adding new categories to the app that I absolutely admire!

The other apps you could try:

  • #Calm
  • #Headspace
  • #Waking up
  • #Ten Percent

Enjoy the peace!

Edit 14July2021: My other favorite app for meditation and anxiety relief is #Dare. It is not completely free but there are plenty of free materials and they are interested to manage sponsor for you in case you cannot afford the subscription. How nice of them!
